Sales Consultant – Custom Homes & Renovations
Location: Central Pennsylvania | Full-Time
FoxBuilt is a Christ-centered, family-oriented custom builder based in Central Pennsylvania. We specialize in custom homes and transformative renovations, and we’re known for our craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine relationships.
We’re looking for a motivated, relational Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients — helping them dream, plan, and take the first steps toward building or renovating their home.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective clients, listen to their goals, and explain our design-build process.
- Collaborate with the Drafting, Estimating, and Selections teams to create accurate proposals.
- Present pricing and contracts clearly, building trust and guiding clients toward a confident decision.
- Manage leads through follow-up, organization, and excellent communication.
- Hit quarterly sales goals for both new homes and renovations.

Associate Draftsman – Custom Homes & Renovations
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (On-site)

Position Overview
The Associate Draftsman works closely with the Senior Draftsman and design team to produce accurate architectural drawings and construction documents for custom homes and renovation projects. This role supports the design process by translating concepts and design intent into clear, buildable drawings that align with FoxBuilt’s standards of quality and precision.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and revise floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using Chief Architect software
- Collaborate with senior draftsman, designers, and project managers to implement design revisions
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards and applicable building codes
- Prepare construction documents for permitting and production
- Coordinate drawings with engineering plans, structural details, and client selections
- Maintain organized files, drawing logs, and version control
- Assist estimating and sales teams with drafting support as needed
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Architectural Drafting, CAD, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- Working knowledge of CAD software (Chief Architect preferred); candidates willing to be trained in FoxBuilt’s CAD tools, standards, and workflows are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn FoxBuilt’s drafting standards, tools, and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, organized drawings
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Experience
- Residential drafting experience, particularly in custom homes or remodeling
- Understanding of residential construction methods and basic building codes
- Experience with 3D modeling or visualization tools

Interior Designer

Position Overview
The Interior Designer at FoxBuilt plays a key role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our clients’ homes. This position works collaboratively with clients, project managers, draftsmen, and builders to develop interior design solutions that reflect each client’s vision while aligning with project scope, budget, and constructibility. The Interior Designer guides clients through selections and design decisions that elevate both aesthetics and livability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead interior design consultations to understand client style preferences, functional needs, and project goals.
- Develop cohesive design concepts, color palettes, finish boards, and material selections aligned with client vision and project scope.
- Guide clients through selections of cabinetry, flooring, tile, lighting, hardware, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and other interior elements.
- Prepare and present detailed interior design packages for client review and approval.
- Collaborate with project managers, draftsmen, and sales team members to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in construction documents and schedules.
- Provide recommendations on spatial planning, furniture layouts, durability, and material performance.
- Maintain current knowledge of design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
- Perform light administrative duties, including:
• Documenting client selections and approvals.
• Organizing finish schedules and design files.
• Coordinating and scheduling client selection meetings.
• Communicating updates and revisions to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential interior design, ideally within custom homes, remodeling, or design-build environments.
- Strong ability to translate client preferences into thoughtful, cohesive design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-service skills.
- Proficiency with design and presentation tools and interior finish boards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
